pump up your eyes with some electric shades of blue to get this extra loud looks for pool parties and outing during sunlight…

HOW TO

use a matte foundation as the base.

let the foundation be some shades lighter then your actual skin , so that the color of the eye-shadow doesn’t get darken due to your skin color.

using a synthetic brush the blue shade onto your eyelids…your eyes should be mainly in blue.

next use a different color eye liner and draw a winged eye liner onto the lid.

apply another shade of the blue eye-shadow in the part under your eyes.

now use some other shades onto your eyes in little bits….generally around the blue shadow…but let the blue one stay the main.

TIPS :  let your lips be pale and not as loud to let all attention stay onto our eyes…use justt a gloss on a nude shad of lipstick.
